We work exclusively with fresh produce delivered daily from the country's main fish markets. And we cook it however you prefer: steamed, grilled, salt-baked, charcoal-grilled... You'll also find a wide variety of paellas and rice dishes, along with iconic recipes you shouldn't miss, such as Angler fish stew or Mediterranean bluefin tuna.
