Inspirational people
Raised in a fishing village where oysters are a long-standing tradition, Alain joined the team in 2014 as manager of this specialist bar. Thanks to his leadership, he has now been at the helm of this service for over 10 years.
Shirley has developed her skills and grown professionally at El Nacional. She started as a server's assistant and worked her way up to Assistant Dining Room Manager. She now leverages this versatility to support her colleagues.
He started out in 2016 as a kitchen assistant. After a long professional journey, today he leads a team of more than 15 people. He shares his passion for a job well done with them.
